There are many ways to sell your house that will all fetch different sale prices. You obviously want to get top dollar for your house, have the process be smooth and as stress free as possible and do it all on your timeline. Each sell plan I create is uniquely tailored for your house, for your neighbourhood and for you, your life and needs.

With me as your listing representative, you will be set up for success.  I will:

• Complete a CMA Comparitive Market Analysis which looks at recent sales in your area and compares them to your house to establish the baseline for the asking price.
• Set your house up for success which could be as simple as decluttering.  It could also involve staging, some house fixes or even small renovations.
• Line up industry professionals to help with home inspections and staging (if part of the plan), mortgages and legal advice.
• Inventory the house's features and determine the best way to promote it.
• Take incredible photographs to make your house look like a work of art and write a matching description of equal status.
• Market the house appropriately for the plan. This will involve listing on the MLS, social media,  postcards and my network of contacts and realtors.
