There are many ways to sell your property. You obviously want to get top dollar for your house, have the process be smooth and as stress free as possible and do it all on your timeline. Each sales plan I create is uniquely tailored for your house, for your neighbourhood, your life and your needs.

With me as your listing representative, you will be set up for success.  I will:

• Sit down and have a confidential discussion about your needs and create a plan together that suits your specific situation.  
• Complete a CMA Comparative Market Analysis which looks at recent sales in your area and compares them to your house to establish the baseline for the asking price.
• Set your house up for success which could be as simple as decluttering.  It could also involve staging, some house fixes or even small renovations.
• Line up industry professionals to help with home inspections and staging (if part of the plan), mortgages and legal advice.
• Inventory the house's features and determine the best way to promote it.
• Take incredible photographs to make your house look like a work of art and write a matching description of equal status.
• Market the house appropriately for the plan. This will involve listing on the MLS, social media,  text messages, emails to my network of contacts and realtors.
