- Sit down and have a confidential discussion about your needs and create a plan together that suits your specific situation.
- Complete a CMA Comparative Market Analysis which looks at recent sales in your area and compares them to your house to establish the baseline for the asking price.
- Set your house up for success which could be as simple as decluttering. It could also involve staging, some house fixes or even small renovations.
- Line up industry professionals to help with home inspections and staging (if part of the plan), mortgages and legal advice.
- Inventory the house's features and determine the best way to promote it.
- Take incredible photographs to make your house look like a work of art and write a matching description of equal status.
- Market the house appropriately for the plan. This will involve listing on the MLS, social media, text messages, emails to my network of contacts and realtors.
